The HEL Performance range of standard heatsleeve has been designed and manufactured to protect your hose and wiring up to 250°C (482°F). It has been specifically manufactured to handle all applications throughout the Motorsport and Automotive industry.
Heatsleeve is commonly used to insulate and protect wiring and hoses from radiant heat, such as extreme heat radiating from the exhaust system or manifold. Protecting wiring looms, fuel lines, coolant hoses and other critical components with our extreme heatsleeve can prevent the hose or wiring from melting, which can easily result in engine failures or electrical issues.
Our standard heatsleeve is slightly elasticated, allowing for hoses slightly larger than its inside diameter (see specification below), although it will be a tight fitment. If you are unsure, we highly recommend that you choose the next size up available for an easier fitment.

Please note, our heatsleeve is sold by the metre and will be supplied in an uncut length of up to 20 metres in total. If you require more than 20 metres, please feel free to contact us to discuss further.
